A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to begin work on your commission. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before the final files are delivered.

Payments are to made via PayPal or Cash App. Invoices will be sent prior to work beginning, and full payment must be made to release the final work.

You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Additional revisions beyond this will be subject to a fee.

Once the final design is approved, no major revisions will be accepted. Minor tweaks (such as color adjustments or small detail changes) are allowed at no extra charge within reason.

An estimated delivery timeline will be provided with the initial quote, but please note that the timeline may change depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload.

Once the final balance is paid, you will receive the completed files in your preferred format (e.g. JPEG, PNG, PDF, vector files). Delivery time for final files will typically be within 1 business days after the final payment is received.

Due to the nature of custom commissions, all payments are non-refundable after work has begun, except in the cases where the commission cannot be completed for reasons on my end (e.g. illness, personal emergencies, etc.)

As the artist and designer, I retain the copyright to all commissioned work. You are purchasing a license for personal or commercial use (as agreed upon in advance).

You are granted full rights to the commissioned artwork once it is completed and paid in full. You may use the artwork for your personal or business purposes, such as marketing, merchandise, social media, etc.

Please credit me when sharing the artwork or designs publicly. If using the design for commercial purposes, such as on merchandise or marketing materials, you are responsible for ensuring the artwork complies with any legal or copyright requirements.

Once the project is complete and payment is received in full, ownership of the work is transferred to you for the agreed-upon use. However, I retain the right to showcase the artwork or designs in my portfolio, on my website, or for self-promotion purposes unless otherwise requested.

If you decided to cancel your commission before work has began, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

If the commission is canceled after work has began but before completion, the deposit will not be refunded. The final payment is still required based on the work completed.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I feel is not aligned with m artistic style, ethical standards, or that promotes harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Clear communication is essential to ensure your vision is brought to life. I will keep you updated on the progress of the project and reach out for approvals or feedback at key stages. In turn, I ask that you provide timely responses to avoid delays in the project timeline.

While I take great care to create high-quality work, I cannot be held liable for how the artwork or design is used once delivered. This includes issues related to printing, distribution, or modifications made to the artwork or design after final approval.

The final piece will be considered approved once the project has been completed and the final payment has been processed. Any additional changes or revisions requested after this point will be subject to additional fees.
